Will a AMD A10-6700 Bottleneck a 1050 ti G1?

Hey everyone,

I'm thinking about upgrading my PC soon and I was wondering if my AMD A10-6700 will bottleneck a 1050 ti G1?

Yes, no, maybe, and it depends. CPU and GPU load are largely unrelated. The amount of CPU power required for a certain framerate will vary from game to game and from scene to scene.

That said, a 1050 Ti is a fine card to pair with an A10. You'll probably still have poor performance in some games due to having a relatively weak CPU, but expect large improvements in what graphical settings you'll be able to run.
