So I don't have this problem with any other computer, I have the issue in every house I've been to. [3 different houses; 3 different routers; 3 different providers.]
It's entirely fine with the ethernet hooked up, just wifi. It's not the adapter because I've tested different adapters, so my question is what could it be? The adapter's drivers are up to date, and as far as I know so are the motherboards drivers.
I've all but given up. I'd hook it up with ethernet but I dont have that pleasure at this house, so any help would be incredibly nice.
