My fans spin faster as I play for ex. Total Warhammer. What are my options to make it more silent?

I know the fans should be spinning faster. However I don't like the noise. Should I put an extra fan in to make it cooler as I assume the fans spin faster cause it becomes warmer inside. Or should I just live with it? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ These are my parts I also have an extra HDD but I forgot which one(not sure if this detail is important). My back fan puts air out and the CPU cooler fan also puts air out through the back fan. And my fan at the front pulls air in. Am I supposed to have another fan taking air in?

Probably the best solution is getting quieter fans, and perhaps one additional intake at the front.

Just adding more fans might help, but unless you're already using high-quailty fans you will probably not hear much of a difference.

Here are examples of great 120mm and 140mm fans which run very quietly. They are the Airflow Edition models, so if you want to get one of these for your CPU heatsink as well you should get the 'SP' - Static Pressure model for that:

Case Fan: Corsair Air Series AF140 Quiet Edition 67.8 CFM 140mm Fan ($17.88 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition (2-Pack) 39.9 CFM 120mm Fans ($25.88 @ OutletPC)

Am I supposed to replace the default fans that are in the case with those you linked? Or put them in as extra's?

I'd personally replace the default fans, as they almost certainly aren't as quiet as the Corsairs above.

If after you replace the defaults you still need a bit better airflow you could add an additional intake, but just replacing the three you already have should make a big difference.

Are they also quiet even under some heavy load ?
