Does overclocking cpu make much difference

it can as long as it is stable. also you need to make sure you have a fan that can compensate for an OC like that or the CPU will throttle too much because of too much heat
Never goes above high 60's when I'm on any games seems to be ok and been stable for weeks I turned it down recently back to 3.9 and left my gpu over clocked then tried it vice versa and only seem to notice major effects with a lower gpu oc
