hi! the q flash bios utility wont recognize my removable drive which contains the latest bios.

Did you try a different port? Do you have another USB thumb drive? Has the drive been recently formatted?

its a 128gb micro sd from sandisk with a usb 3.0 reader, function's well

Have you used it before? Wasn't aware BIOS updates could be read from a SD card. Or even boot from a SD Card, regardless if it is in a USB reader.

i guess you are right, it did work from a regular usb stick before. i'll try again with a proper drive

No problem, if that doesn't work. Make sure the files are not corrupted by downloading them straight from Gigabyte themselves. I have the Gaming 3, but due to moving, it is in storage. Is there a reason why you are updating?
