Air vs liquid cooling

So I got a i7 6700k, a msi z170 mobo, and 8gb of ddr4 2400 for $419 and a $40 MIR which was an absolute steal. Now I have hit the problem of getting a cooler. I know for high end builds usually liquid is better for temps when overclocking. I do not think I will overclock but if i do it would be minor (4.4 prob). I found these to be my options at the moment for choosing a cooler:
Air: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA68V21E0640&ignorebbr=1

Liquid: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835856078&ignorebbr=1

Which should I get?
*Budget is about $90

If this will fit in your case then buy it,

Or this one will do just fine their no...
Honestly, if you are staying at 4.4 (which is what I have) getting an air cooler is probably your best bet. Unless you to PUSH your cpu to it's limit (which I don't believe you do), I would go with the air cooler. However, spending that much money is ridiculous if you ask me. A Cryorig C7 or Hyper 212 EVO would be your best bet. They will keep your temps down below 60 C and both are generally quiet. Again, if you are not overclocking, no need to overspend when you don't have to.

Those seem real low end to pair with such nice hardware though, that is why I looked at noctua and be quiet

But they are not. When shopping for computer parts, prices are not always the best judgements. If you don't want to take my word for it, read the reviews. I believe the Hyper 212 EVO is number 1 on PCP for CPU coolers.

So you think I sould be good with the 212? Noise is also a factor in my purchase

I vote for the be quiet air cooler.
14nm skylake does not need exotic cooling.
You will run out of safe vcore before you run out of thermal limits.

My canned rant on liquid cooling:
------------------------start of rant-------------------
You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler like a Noctua or phanteks can do the job just as well.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"
-----------------------end of rant--------------------------

Your pc will be quieter, more reliable, and will be cooled equally well with a decent air cooler.

I might recommend the scythe Kotetsu for about $35 if you want quiet.

Or this one will do just fine their no need for water cooler with those processors when they start to hit the OC wall you don't get much more out of them unless you really hit then with voltage.
