I get the "identifying no internet access" issue if I start windows without disabling driver signature enforcement.

I have been searching tirelessly to find a solution to this e=issue searching through endless threads and troubleshoots to no avail. The issue goes away if I disable driver enforcement and I can connect to the internet normally but I would prefer to not have to as theres certain games I cannot play because of this. I used TDSS Killer and it found nothing, full virus check too with Kaspersky. Uninstall and reinstall drivers and it hasn't yet helped,
