Backplate screw not screwed in

Hello guys, one of my screw on my h00i gtx is not in on the cooling block so I want to know if I need to fix it or it shold be OK. The other 3 screws are in fine.

No, better to have them all on for even pressure and best cooling.

It will if CPU overheats because of lost contact with water block/pump and that can happen if it's not properly fastened.
