So i'm building a pc for my grandpa and the first day it was working then the next day i go onto it to install windows and nothing happens so the next day i try again and it finally turns on but only for a few seconds. It turns on for a few seconds then turns off and increases the amount of time it is on by very little until it says select proper boot device and restart. Once i restart and select boot device it starts to load windows (windows 10) but after only 15 seconds of loading it restarts and goes into a boot loop. Please help me.
