So I built my first custom PC around 2 weeks ago. It worked fine I installed some games and just yesterday after I played The Witcher 3 I turned the PC off took a shower came back and when I booted and went to the Windows 10 desktop with my background and all. I couldn't do anything. My task bar has no icons on it. My desktop flashes black every 3-5 seconds and I can't use things like the "run" command. I so far can only liad Task Manager and even then it still flickers. I did some trouble shooting like run in "safe mode" still flickers black. I took out my gpu still flickers black. I used both the vga and dvi connection on my motherboard. I am lost as to what to do.
Specs:
I5 6500 (stock cooler)
MSI Rx 480 4gb gaming X
8gb of hyper X ram
H110m motherboard
2 case fans
Evga B1 500w PSU
Seagate 1tb SSHD
Bitfenix alchemy 2.0 led strip
That's everything besides the case which I don't think matters too much.
