I'm not real sure of which ones to install? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wCW7pb Is my 100% part list nothing in there I do not own/use in my rig.

35 different downloads - many older versions listed. Try searching for the internet with Google for ones you have a question about.

DIP ASUS Dual Intelligent Processors 5 V1.03.60 is needed for ASUS Intel Extreme Tuning Utility
Need to match the DIP V1.03.60 or later version, and remove the old XTU first Package.

ASUS Boot Setting (fastboot.exe). The ASUS Boot Setting utility
The ASUS Boot Setting utility provides better flexibility in customizing your PCs startup process. You can enter the BIOS directly with one click through a user-friendly interface, and quickly select your preferred system boot up method: either get to the OS in seconds or opt for regular boot up.
