I have three 1920x1200 60hz monitors. I initially wanted a graphics card for just running windows and doing light gaming on one screen. I have been bitten by the wide screen bug and I want to play in surround.

Will my GTX 1060 handle triple monitor gaming at 1080p Ultra settings? Should I jump to a 1070 or 1080?

1070 is worth the price jump imo, if you plan on gaming 1080P surround. I know 1070 should be able to run over 60 fps ultra 1080P surround cause I've tested on my 4K set up with 980 ti hybrid and 980ti oc=1070 oc for the most part. 1060 would run it but I wouldn't expect ultra and 60 fps on every game.
