I want to take advantage of YouTube's 720P 60fps but would my rig be good enough for it ? i'm just using Sony Movie Studio

Sorry bumping my post but i have a question i forgot to put in my orignal post. Can i also capture pc games at that RES and frame rate also ?

certainly, but if you really want to that, i would invest a bit more into an i7.
capturing footage takes alot of your cpu.
