Hey soo recently i started watching temperatures on my cpu and gpu and i saw when im doing nothing cpu is 40-48c... But when i watch youtube or streams it jumps up to 65 sometimes even 70c. Is that normal? oh and i have i54690k stock coller thermal paste not changed in a year and mobo asus z97-p :) 600w psu

Solution
No critical temperatures, but I wouldn't call it cold.
For a quick test set the fan on your cooler to its maximum speed and remove any overclock.
If the temperature goes down, you might just need a better cooler and/or better airflow through your case.
If it doesn't change the cooler might be not seated properly. Reseat it (should just work fine with the thermal paste already applied, just dont touch it) and make sure there is nothing else between cooler and CPU (like a foil some manufactures put on their coolers to prevent against scratches)
