Some of the following will no doubt sound rather patronizing, and I apologize in advance.
Civilization VI is a massive game and to play it you need a fairly powerful computer. In order to compute all your input as a player, and then compute a response (the turn-based design), it needs to perform a staggering amount of calculations. This requires at least an Intel processor from the i5 series and the 4th generation. Your processor is actually slightly better (same series but a higher generation). But that's not all.
In order to display the moves and developments on your screen, Civ VI also needs a surprisingly powerful graphics engine. This requirement is stated as 2GBs of video RAM. Graphics engines can be either separate units in a computer or built into the processor. The latter design is called an integrated graphics processor or IGP. Your ASUS uses an IGP. This allows ASUS to manufacture sleek and stylish computers like your Vivobook, but it means that the graphics power is always going to be less than the alternative.
In an Intel processor, this IGP is referred to by 'HD' and a number, e.g. '520'. HD 520 is the IGP built into your i5-6198 processor, and for an IGP it is quite a capable engine. But I don't think it will be able to provide the 2GBs' worth of graphics output required in Civ VI. As I didn't know exactly what series or generation you were using, I had to allow for the possibility that your ASUS might have the most recent generation (7th). The IGP in this generation is the HD 620, and the graphics output of this IGP is very close to 2GBs and so it might be powerful enough to run Civ VI. Unfortunately, in a laptop you can't replace a processor with a newer or better one.
Therefore, in my assessment, you're not going to be able to play Civilization VI with your ASUS Vivobook.
