Computer turned on, everything seems to work but mouse and keyboard

Computer turns on, monitor turned on to the ASUS menu where you need to press DEL or F2 to enter BIOS. But I can't do that because keyboard not working. Can't even get to the windows screen I reset my BIOS by taking out the battery, moved the ram, switch the location of the USB but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

if you have some USB 3.0 slots try those (blue slots). also are you using slots directly on the motherboard or on a card that is plugged into the board? if so, try plugging directly into the motherboard
