Which MOBO should I get for Intel Core i5 6600K?!

Howdy guys! I've bought about last 2 weeks an Intel Core i5 6600K 3.5 GHz Stock and I'm not decided which MOBO should I buy between ASUS, MSI or Gigabyte!! Recommendations?! Thanks!!

PC case : Corsair 88R Series ATX.
PSU: Corsair RM850x.
Ram : Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz Dual Channel.
Storage : WD Black 1TB HDD 7200RPM.
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB OC.
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master TX3 EVO.

Any Z170 board will work, I personally like Asus / Gigabyte for more budget-end boards as they're the safer choice.

By the way, I would down the wattage of the RMx to a 650W and use the saved money for a better CPU fan.

Got it! Also, ASUS Z170 Deluxe should be good for a normal OC like 4.2Ghz for an Intel i5 6600K?! By the way, can you recommend a good CPU cooler aftermarket?! Or should I keep the TX3 EVO?!

I think I will go with Cooler Master EVO 212!! But unfortunately, that cooler does pressure the CPU which that result a damage like bending or something like that?!
