Best option is to run repairs on your Boot Manager via Startup Repair, if that doesn't work you can always re-install the OS.

Highly recommend backing up your data with a disk imager (i.e. Macrium Reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. RollBack Rx)

Question is, why did you have the internal Network Adapter disabled?...

1. if it had issues, disabling it from the BIOS should revert the issues.
a) If it still boots, uninstall the Network Adapter from the Device Manager..
b) If it doesn't boot at all, uninstall it in Safe Mode.
c) If you're still having issues, delete the internal Network Adapter driver from Windows > System32 > Drivers

2. If the internal Network Adapter was only disabled and was working normally last you had it working, the driver may be corrupted, uninstall it from the Device Manager and reinstall it with the last updated driver... you should find the update in the motherboard's product page > Support > Downloads.
