Hi. Whenever I try to access pinterest.com from my home wifi, I get this error "Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from in.pinterest.com (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
Automatically report details of possible security incidents to Google. Privacy Policy" However if I connect to my mobile hotspot I am able to connect to the website. I tried the recommendations i.e. incognito mode, turn off antivirus, network & sharing settings, date and time..... all unsuccessful.... Can anyone recommend some solutions?

What the error message is saying is the you are trying to create an HTTPS connection to the website. The security certificate that the website is sending back to your PC is not valid (according to your PC). It says that the Certificate Authority that created the certificate is not a valid authority. You would have to look at the details of the certificate to get more info. This might be a legitimate thing or a false positive. Without more info from the certificate there is no way to know. Do you use a proxy for your internet access? Have you run an antivirus sweep and a mallware sweep ?

Your computer is trying to protect you. None of the things you tinkered with are relevant to this error.

I am not using any proxy. and I have not run any antivirus sweep or malware sweep.

I am able to access the site from the same computer if I use mobile hotspot. Also, I'm sure many people use pinterest, it should be a secure site.

If I view site information and view certificate
--> using home wifi (bsnl)
'issued to' shows as 'kolsvrmo.softether.net' (i.e. not trusted)
--> using mobile wifi (vodafone)
'issued to' shows as '*.pinterest.com' (i.e. trusted)

Hi. It's working for with the set DNS. So now do I need to report the issue or something? Is it recommended that all the computers that connect to this wifi use these DNS?
