Hey guys, recently my friend built a new pc so he is giving me his old one which has a phenom ii x4 965, 8gb ram, and an old radeon gpu. I want to upgrade the gpu to a gtx 1050 but I was wondering whether or not this would bottleneck his gpu. If it does can ya'll give some suggestions to what gpu I should buy for it. Also im probably gonna buy a new cpu cooler for it to overclock once he gives me his pc.
Will a phenom ii x4 965 black bottleneck a gtx 1050?
