Canadian 13% tax? When I click your link it doesnt show any price under the tax column?

Suppose you click on the cpu link, it will take you to the page consisting of available vendors and prices. Now you click on the vendor with list price(http://www.vuugo.com/computer-hardware/computer-parts/cpu/intel-cpu-BX80662I76700.html?tracking=5108053939762), it will take you to the product page straight away and you can place the order. It shows only what you pay, which is inclusive of taxes.

How come bro, I just placed the order today and each item included a 13% extra to what shows on the site under "HST/GST"

Yep just ordered the build you recommended today, and it was 13% more than the price shown on pcpp :(

Actually pcpp quotes the prices from the respective websites. And as i dig deeper, i can see that the product taxes are not populated until checkout. That is something which cannot be estimated unless you are on the verge of purchasing. Donno what to say bro. I am equally stumped. Prices are anyways high in Canada. Thats sad. :(

Yep, the transfer rate between the USD and CAD is shit atm.. thanks alot for your help!

Any advice on shipping the PC overseas to dubai? Any steps I should follow etc?

What you will be shipping are very fragile materials. If it is assembled and shipped, use top tier professional service with high quality packaging, with lots of foams and shock resistance. If it is shipped and assembled in Dubai, make sure you sign the parts with a marker just to leave your mark on the parts for added security. Make sure you collect appropriate receipts for the delivery.
It will be better to assemble and then ship so that if there is any faulty part, you can RMA it instantly. Else it will be a hassle if needs to be done via Dubai.
