Hi,
I have the latest hp pavilion all in one 24" i7 model. My problem is that I can connect to the internet and it says connected but it won't load google chrome or Microsoft edge or outlook. Sometimes it works and usually after a restart it works but then 10minutes later it stops working. Please help, if you need me to explain more please be specific :). Btw I was not sure where to post this so if it is in the wrong place please help me.

No message comes up, it's just stuck loading over and over, the ring in chrome doesn't even go blue it just stays grey.

, have you tried right click on your network icon, going to network and sharing devices, then change adapter settings, right click on network device, select properties, double click on TCPIP V4 and enter in the DNS box (x) use the following DNS server address and enter in first set 8.8.8.8 and alternate DNS 8.8.4.4 press ok, then under properties, press ok to close that one, right click on adapter, select disable, wait 15 seconds, (until it says disabled) then right click and select enabled

close all windows and especially your web browsers then open it again...what does it do now?

It is still doing the same thing. However there is a pop up in the bottom right saying navigation to the webpage was cancelled (it popped up even before I opened a web browser) and I can't close it.

if you open a CMD window (open search type CMD and select it)
type: ping 8.8.8.8
what is the result? should get something like this; ( the time= is the important one)

C:\Windows\System32>ping 8.8.8.8

Pinging 8.8.8.8 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=32ms TTL=45

Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=32ms TTL=45
Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=31ms TTL=45

Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 30ms, Maximum = 32ms, Average = 31ms
