3 percent cpu usage ok?

My CPU usage never goes above 3 percent (idle) and sometimes drops to 2 for a bit and then back up to three. is this ok? Also, I got a i7 4790 (non k/locked). Maybe it's my OCD.

Solution

It's fine. There will always be some kind of background computing going on.
