Hello Guys,
First time here,

So its Black Friday and i decided that its time for a new PC after 6 long years,
i have some ideas in my mind but i'm still not sure about the whole build - so i need you're help,
About the CPU i wait for the new Gen unless you will suggest its not worth it so ill go with :

CPU - I5 6600K - Not sure if the I7 6700K worth the Gap
Motherboard - Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Aura or MAXIMUS VIII Hero - still thinking about it
RAM - Corsair Dominator Platinum 2X8GB 3200 MHZ
GPU - Asus Strix 1080 A8G
HDD - WD Black 2 TB
SSD - Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA G3 80+ Gold 650W
Case - Got some ideas Like CoolerMaster Stryker/ NZXT Phantom 630 or even 410/ NZXT Manta / Cougar Panzer MAX - or if you have something better,
CPU Fan - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or the Noctua NH-D14 - The price is about 30$ difference in favor of the CM
I'm planning a small OC will the CM be enough ?

That's what i got in mind ill be glad to hear you're suggestions to improve this Build.

Thanks.

Solution
The more expensive boards tend to have more power phases, for overclocking, maybe improved audio solution, more connections for drives, and such. You might want to look up both, and do a compare, on newegg.
Looks good to me. I'm a NZXT fan, so of course I would pick that case. But that's just my opinion. of course what every fits you. No need to wait for the 7th gen, it will only see a 5% increase, no worth the upgrade if you can get some good deals on the 6th gen.

I could assume that your new PC will be used for gaming and the regular browsing, music, videos and the like. BUT assuming is bad. You might do some video editing, rendering, auto-cad, light room or other more intense tasks. In short, what is this PC for?

Dominator Platinum are a rip off. Save some money on those and invest it elsewhere.

The Kaby Lake chips will barely see any improvement at all, and will almost certainly cost more, so go with the 6600k.

I wouldn't use the 212 Evo to OC personally.

I use it and I have a stabled OC at 4.5Ghz. I enjoy the 212

Overclocking is not an exact science, and is subject to a variety of factors. Not everyone will get the same results either. The 6600k OC's easier because it only has half the logical cores of an i7 and stays cooler.

I wouldn't risk it on such valuable equipment myself.

Thanks guys,

Ill go with i5 6600k and i thought about the noctua D15 (can get him for a nice price),i cant get the Cryorig H7 or what about the Arctic I32 ?

Also still cant choose between the mobos any suggestions?

Noctua makes good case fans, haven't experience CPU coolers. The x99 will be too much for you. the z170 is good enough to do what you need.

Oh wow. I saw MAXIMUS and linked it to X99. You are correct. PLus I have the Gaming 3 as well, and it has done me well.
