4 RAM sticks in Asrock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0

I have two kits of G.SKILL Ripjaws X 1866MHz memory. If i insert all sticks to the motherboard and try to boot the boot failure guard will come up. After this i can boot, but only with default settings (no overclock on the CPU, 1600MHz memory speed, etc.).
What to do for two dual channel and for my old overclock settings?

My CPU is an FX 8320. The RAM's default clock (i don't overclock the RAM) is 1866MHz. With 2 sticks i can reach this speed. Not the RAM clock is my biggest problem. I can't overclock anything (except GPU), because i can't start the Windows with my overclock configuration, if the boot failure guard comes up my overclock config are ignored. If i try exit the bios with save the Windows won't boot, my PC is on but nothing happening.

I tried it, but after i change whatever and save the Windows don't boot (i wait 5 minutes and more, but nothing happened).
