Computer restarting while playing games or stress testing

Hey tom's hardware community,

I have problem with my hardware. My computer is randomly restarting while iam playing games, or Stress testing my GPU (sometimes it do in windows but this is so rare) . This restarts are really random (sometimes it survive 1,2 hours sometimes i got insta restart when i load CSGO map) . i can say the computer survive most time while is computer shutdowned long time. All drivers are updated, computer isnt overlocked, and iam sure it isnt OVERHEAT. GPU max c = 70 in stress in idle 30, CPU Max 65 in stress testing in idle max 40.. Iam 3x reinstalled windows this is not issue in software. If iam stress testing CPU computer works perfectly. This problem started after 1 year of using computer. Computer isnt new.

PC SPEC :
CPU : AMD FX 8350
GPU : AMD RADEON R9 280
MOTHERBOARD : Asrock fatal1ty 970 performance
RAM : Kingston hyper X 8 GB
PSU : Seasonic G Series 550W

probably, you need a new GPU.
it's a guess. so you can only determine the root cause by replacing components with temporary one by one.
the GT 720 is not a good example as it requires very little power to run.
Check with other PSU. if it does not help, 95% you need a new GPU.

from what you describe, the problem might be the GPU (most probable) or PSU (less probable) and MB (even less probable).
If you can get another PSU from a friend or other computer at home, it will be easiest to eliminate.
to test the GPU you can try to downclock it a bit - sometimes they can't even work on spec clocks. or try it on other computer.
also, the crash code would be helpful.

Downclock wont work . memtest i runned few days ago 0 errors. And i can say the restarts from 60% do when i do something new for example if iam in game csgo and i do shift+tab and then i run web brower then the computer restart , or when iam in csgo and i do alt+tab and then back to game and restart . But iam not 100% sure with this . This time computer restarted when i exited map to menu.

Sorry, but i cant get PSU because i dont have any friend what can lend. I try to change the GPU . And if its PSU the problems will be with cpu stress test too no ?
