For quite some time now I have had a lot of problems with my computer where my PC would just randomly rebooted itself at first I thought it was the new graphics card that I bought which was XFX RX 480 so I got replaced with a sapphire RX 480 that I still had the same problem and somebody said could be a power supply issue so I got my power supply replaced and that made no difference at all because it's still doing the same thing I have had my RAM checked out and that is okay and my hard drives are brand-new and they are Seagate drives the only other thing that I think could be is my motherboard which is an MSI 970 gaming motherboard and my operating system is Windows 10 64-bit. PS like I said it is random so could it be motherboard issue or could it be Windows 10 that is causing the issue or could it be both of them working together that is causing the issue motherboard and operating system is when this happens the computer is just rebooted from a bug check becomes very frustrating I can't find what is causing the problem whether it is software issue or a hardware issue. So any help anybody out there can give me try and resolve the issue that I am having the very much appreciated.

this is motherboard issued, check with another old graphics it will be ok
970 it too old when you use rx 480, it can't handle GPU power from pciex,
