Hello guys,
so my games are crashing mostly steam games.
in Arma3 i get the common 0xc00007b error and in csgo i get this error:

And no it has nothing to do with any steam ban or something.
I tried a lot of things specific for csgo which didnt work,
i also tried changing the msvcr, xinput and such dlls in system32 and SysWoW64.
I tried disabling DEP or enabling it. Tried to reinstall the game but nothing seems to work..
Also tried to reinstall all Microsoft C++ Versions and .NET Framework. Those are which i currently have installed:

I hope you can help me since i dont want to reinstall windows, since that seems like the last option.

Windows: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060
CPU: Intel i7 6700k 4,0GHZ
RAM: 2x8GB 3200MHz
