Hey guys heres my build. Its the first one I've ever done so please tell me if its good or not :D
Also should I buy a 144hz monitor to go with this or just a 60hz?
Heres the monitor I was thinking: https://smile.amazon.com/Dell-E2216HVM-25T05-21-5-Monit...

Also will it be able to run DayZ, Bf1, GTA, Arma 3, Dying light, Rainbow Six Siedge and Ark on the highest settings in 1080p?

I have not ordered yet. Anything I should change to make it better before I order?

I was going to go with the ASUS VG248QE 24" for my monitor.

Your build will struggle with highest settings on AAA games.
Your cpu is.old and pretty outdated by now, single stick ram has some disadvantages and your PSU is low grade.

Instead of dropping 300$ on a 144hz screen and going with a build that barely manages 60 I suggest going for a simpler, cheaper screen and reinvesting in an Intel i5-6500 or i7-6700 with a B150 board, a better quality PSU and 16gb RAM

6600k + B150 is not a good fit.
