Computer turns on randomly when off?

Some nights when i'm laying in my bed my computer randomly turns on? Is it a bio's setting? It just turns on randomly a lot?

also if your bios has it disable turn on by usb mouse/keyboard

my cat kept turning mine on by getting on the desk and bumping the mouse or keys

can also disable turn on by rtc (real time clock)

yes that is a proplem too, when ever my keyboard gets touched it turns on, i will try that also, but i am not home right now, i will try soon.
