I just finished my first build and upon installing the drivers for my hard drive, I was prompted to restart. I did, and when the computer rebooted a black screen appeared (and did so subsequent times). I reinstalled windows 10 and restarted again. This time windows got stuck on the home screen (over and over) where i could see my backrounf and toolbar but cpuld not move my mouse or use the keyboard. Shut downs work fine however.
