Do i need to buy a new one or can i fix it ?

Solution
1) The MB has lower power phase count, the MB has only 4+1.
2) The tower cooling does not help, like the CM 211evo, even the AIO water cooler too.

When you use the fx 8 series cpu with low power phase count MB, the MB will try work hard to power up the fx8320 cpu so that the VRMS section will become overheat. And overtime the MB can be damaged like that.
