1) The MB has lower power phase count, the MB has only 4+1.
2) The tower cooling does not help, like the CM 211evo, even the AIO water cooler too.
When you use the fx 8 series cpu with low power phase count MB, the MB will try work hard to power up the fx8320 cpu so that the VRMS section will become overheat. And overtime the MB can be damaged like that. You should use the top-down blowing design cpu cooler, like the stock cooler, because it can cool the VRMs ( power phase section ), something like

Usually we will recommend to get the 970 chipset MB with high power phase counts ( 6+2, or 8+1) at least for the FX 8 series cpu.
