Does this build look suitable from 1080p 60 fps gaming?

Everything looks fine but I would recommend changing some things.
1. you don't need extra sata cables as pretty much any motherboard comes with 2 standard.
2. 1080p 60 fps at high is perfectly doable at this res. The 1060 3gb is faster than a gtx 970 but a bit slower than a gtx 980 the gtx 1060 6gb is on par with the gtx 980.
3. You can get the cheapest motherboard you want if you get a i5 6500 as you won't be overclocking just make sure the board has all the features you want.
4. you might want to add a 250 gb ssd for windows and some applications it really makes a difference
