OK. to start:

you need to provide WAY more information than what you have.

We need to know

    mobo
    CPU
    GPU
    Optical Drives
    NIC
all USB drives and other means of using I/O devices.
Find the electrical specs on each item is possible.

    Come back to us.

Off the bat we can START to filter our list of power suppliy units (PSU's) with a couple things I rec as SOP (standard operating procedure).

The PSU must be Gold+certified. This includes Gold, Platinum and Titanium. There may even be eanother one out there....just don't waste our time with bronze or silver or worse yet...non certified. These options are cheaper but, they can hurt your equipment by having inconsistent power supply, their wave can be wrong, they are inefficient and they can just plain not work. Never buy below Gold +..heres a quick chart for you...

    80 Plus test type[4] 115V internal non-redundant 230V internal redundant 230V EU internal non-redundant
    Percentage of rated load 10% 20% 50% 100% 10% 20% 50% 100% 10% 20% 50% 100%
    80 Plus 80% 80% 80% 82% 85% 82%
    80 Plus Bronze 82% 85% 82% 81% 85% 81% 85% 88% 85%
    80 Plus Silver 85% 88% 85% 85% 89% 85% 87% 90% 87%
    80 Plus Gold 87% 90% 87% 88% 92% 88% 90% 92% 89%
    80 Plus Platinum 90% 92% 89% 90% 94% 91% 92% 94% 90%
    80 Plus Titanium 90% 92% 94% 90% 90% 94% 96% 91% 90% 94% 96% 94%

and then the other general rule of thumb I have is make sure it is a "modular" power supply. This helps increase air flow and generally makes the interior of you case neater.

Get me more information and I will be happy to help
