So I got A new PC this one https://marbletechstore.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-ultra-desktop-amd-fx-series-16gb-memory-2tb-hard-drive-black-blue/4592900.p?id=1219775848732&skuId=4592900
It has A AMD RADEON R7 250 2GB
And I bought Overwatch thinking it will run smoothly but instead im getting around 30-45 FPS
And i was also thinking of bying Battlefield 1 But I definitely need To Upgrade something in this Pc and i think its the Graphics card....
Someone Help me and tell me or link me some good Graphics cards that can handle Newer Next Gen type games(Like Gta V, BF1, Fallout 4) under 300 or 200 dollars.
Also If somebody else can tell me if i need to upgrade something else before i buy more games Thanks.

Your going to need a 4GB GPU as a MINUMUM (per title req's) to run either of those games optimally for your system and the games themselves, which means GTX 1050 Ti as a minimum on the NV side and a RX 470 on the AMD side... This, is depending upon your budget.

The RX 470 beats it hands-down... http://hwbench.com/vgas/geforce-gtx-1050-ti-vs-radeon-rx-470 (as just one example of a comparo of the 2 cards)

As chemmajorp53 states, if you have a better budget, RX 480/GTX 1060 may be better options, but may require some OC'ing of the CPU if you start experiencing "bottlenecking".
