PC suddenly restarts without BSoD

PC suddenly restarts without BSoD "blue screen of death" while gaming or even exporting videos from Adobe Premiere Pro CC. It restarts without the chassis fans (Thermaltake Riing 14 RGB 3 pack) turned on which is connected to the motherboard (Asus Sabertooth Z97 mk 1).
Could it be a power supply issue?
PSU is a Cooler Master G650M Bronze Semi-Modular power supply

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't find any setting of the mentioned in the BIOS. I am planning to buy a new power supply which is the Seasonic 660W Platinum. Hope its a good choice.

Sounds like a PSU. What are your specs? Power supplies are most likely to give issues under load. Gaming and especially rendering applications put a lot of load on the CPU/GPU. That PSU isn't that bad, but even good power supplies can fail.

650W is plenty of wattage, so I would go ahead and replace your power supply. The Seasonic is a very good power supply.
