I am a teenager with a limited budget. I need a fast SSD for my windows 10. I have recently came across add on Olx ( pakistan ebay) and he offered me corsair sata 3 Force GT 240 SSD for decent price of 45$. But I have yet to make mind. Is it good idea to buy used ssd? Should I trust anonymous? And when I meet him what software I use to test quality of ssd?

Actually, those are just M.2 slot models with SATA 3 speed :p.

Unless we are talking of more expensive models.

That one is pretty slow. You'll be better off buying the cheapest new 240GB SSD.

^ Which SSD isn't nowadays? Let's see, if we pick the cheapest 240 GB SSD on the market and compare it to the Corsair Force GT..

Storage: PNY CS1311 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($59.99 @ Best Buy)
Total: $59.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

CS 1311 240gb vs. Force GT 240gb (UserBenchmark LINK)

Plus you're getting the benefits of a new SSD. You can expect it to last longer on you.

RCFProd I would have loved to buy PSY SSD for 50$ but unfortunately amazon, best buyers, newegg etc are not available here... cheapest 240SDD usually cost 75$unfortunately here...
Does the performance of SSD depend upon on how new or old it is. even though if both SSD are sata 3 and Supports 6GBPS SPEED?
