I bought Kingston DataTraveler G4 USB flash drive - 32 GB lately. Thou it's a 3.0 USb but data travelling is quiet slow. How to fix this issue ?

Speeds can vary due to a number of reasons, not least being the state of the drive from which you are copying data to the pen drive.

For example, if the source drive is heavily fragmented, that will affect transfer speed since the target drive cannot write any faster than the read speed of the source drive. It's worth checking fragmentation levels and defragging if it's higher than 10%.

Just a quick bit of advice - - don't choose a post as "Best Answer" unless it fixes your problem, it's not appropriate.

Can you provide a link from where i can understand whatever you explained ?

moving large single files is much much quicker than moving 1000's of smaller files.

If files are scattered all over a spinning disk then the heads have to keep moving from point to point to get all of the data, as opposed to just waiting for the data to arrive under them.

Those sound very much like USB 2 speeds? You are using blue USB ports, and you do have drivers updated?
