Upgrading PC Components - Need help choosing.

I'm upgrading my PC to a i7 6700k. But i need to purchase a new mobo and RAM. I was just checking which would be the best out there. I would want overclock my CPU so I was looking for motherboard which would allow this. I was also wanting fast RAM as well. I would like to stick to a black and white colour scheme if possible. Thanks

RAM-

Yes you can use faster memory it will just default to 2133 then you set it up for the faster memory often just cutting on the XMP profile.

sorry as i was looking into my suggestion i came across a page, claiming that you can use higher speeds, but the cpu doesnt always read the ram at full

my suggestion: MSI Z170A SLI Plus Motherboard

I never recomend a MSI board because of years of experience. They seem to have more QC issues.
The Asus I listed is a very good board and fits your colors requirements. If not then get the board you listed. I would stay away from MSI motherboards.
