Can we put laptop gtx1080 (not m model well there is no m model of gtx1080) on compact gaming pc ?

I mean, you can probably find some on eBay or somewhere, but Nvidia don't sell it straight to consumers, as very few people are building their own laptops.

What kind of a project do you have in mind?

I want to build a high-end portable pc with plexiglass so compact gtx 1080 would be better in terms.

Well yea, it's a high end video card, they don't put that in a system with 4 gb of RAM and a cheap screen.

I don't know of any desktop motherboard that will run a mobile 1080 card unless you happen to find a high end all in one system, those usually use laptop parts in a semi-PC like case. But I don't know any of those that have a video card past low end.

Plus you need to get a hold of the video card itself.
