is Corsair VS 450W is enough for non gaming PC?

It will be use for office desktop setup, should I get the CX series. or enermax PSU?

Gigabyte H110M-S2PH Rp. 1.085.000

Core i3 6100 (3.7 Ghz) Cache 3 MB (BOX) Rp. 1.565.000

Corsair DDR4 8GB Rp. 720.000

Western Digital 1 TB Sata3 Blue =Rp. 655.000

DVD-RW LG Sata (Box) / Lite-On (Box) Rp. 180.000

Enlight 500W Rp. 655.000

Dazumba DE 220 Rp. 195.000

Should I keep the enlight PSU? I keep getting advice to get tier 2 or tier 1 PSU.

Again. This is NOT GAMING built.

Both of them are fine for Home/Office PCs. GTX 750Ti's only use around 5-10W in idle mode and 60-70W during gaming meaning you'll have plenty to spare. :)

what about those PSU?
after I got either of this PSU, I will good to go

if I put GTX 750Ti (which is unlikely since it is not a gaming desktop). those PSU should be able to handle right?
