If it's driver version #15.28.24.64.4229, it looks like that was the most recent version for HD Graphics 2000 (the iGPU on your particular chip). Note that this was the Windows 7/8 driver (as they apparently never made a Windows 10 driver).

Basically, to improve that is going to take one of the following:
-- getting a better CPU. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble tracking down any of the official Acer specifications that would confirm which CPUs it will take. However, given that it already has a Core i5 in it (apparently they mostly came with the i3-2320, or in some cases a Pentium), chances are good you can get a better one. Upgrading to an Ivy Bridge CPU (i5-3330...

Good ol' Runescape, I still play that, cough. :p

Guessing you're using the built in graphics with your CPU, if not tell me your GPU.

Also, are you using it in the web browser or through the client?

You could try doing a full update, or go into device manager and update it from there, if it says that it is the newest version, then there you go, if not it will update to the newest version.

It could just be because it is an older chip, from 2011, and they have stopped updating the IGPU drivers.

Upgrading to an Ivy Bridge CPU (i5-3330 to -3570, not the "K" variant) gets you HD Graphics 2500, which does have a Windows 10 drive; getting the i5-3570K (or even the i7-3770/3770k) boosts you up to HD 4000 (again, has a Windows 10 driver).
-- Getting a discrete GPU so that you're not dependent on the integrated graphics. Only problem is, what I've found looks like you have a 220W OEM PSU. That's not going to cut it, not even for the new low-power GTX 1050/1050Ti models. So getting a discrete GPU is going to mean getting a brand-new PSU for your system, which not only increases the cost but also runs the risk of having trouble if the form factor isn't standard (a lot of OEM PSUs have a proprietary size that <> ATX).

Other than that, if you're satisfied with the performance in Planescape, I would just take it as it is, since you can't upgrade the driver any further.
