Well as the thread title says,I need a GPU upgrade. My budget is around 140€ to 160€...My current rig is:
Intel Core i3 4150 3.5 ghz
GTS 250 1GB GDDR3(I know pretty old)
8 GB of DDR3 ram
B85M-HD3 Motherboard
I want to play Bf1,Squad and other titles at 1080p at decent framerates on ultra settings or 60 at tweaked settings....
Tell me if it's possible or not.
And if it's possible tell me what options I have.

Any help is appreciated :D :)

Around that budget, this would be a pretty good choice:
RX 470

It's capable of running almost every current game around High settings with decent fps, like 50+
With a little tweaks it's able to reach 60+ easily too.

Unfortunately, BF1 has a bad optimization on CPUs, so your GPU+CPU combo might not handle it properly.

If you can save a little up more, the RX480 4GB is a solid choice for 1080p and should be able to max out almost any game!

If neither is available at your place, try to get a GTX 1050Ti, it's the...

It is possible, if you buy a second hand GPU, which isn't recommended.

If you could save up a bit more, you could go for a 3GB/6GB GTX 1060.

If not, either a GTX 1050Ti, or an RX470 card will be the best at your budget, although it will not be on ultra settings on games such as BF1 (Your CPU may bottleneck on that game, terrible optimisation for CPUs, some 6700K's struggle sometimes).

If neither is available at your place, try to get a GTX 1050Ti, it's the weakest above those, but it can handle Medium/High settings in current games with 60+ fps @1080p

Those would work too, but the GTX 1050 Ti is arguably your best option.

Battlefield 1 is very CPU intensive in multiplayer. Even with an i5 you won't reach 60 fps. You'll most likely be around 40 fps regardless of the GPU. If you wouldn't be held back by CPU usage though you might make it to 60 fps without TAA at medium settings.
