Honestly, it's not bad. But is the price 1100 or 1500? Here are my suggestions to take off:

Extreme OC (Extreme Overclock 15% or more) [that's done in the BIOS]
NOISEREDUCE1: Sound Absorbing Foam on Side, Top And Bottom panels [+29] [ If you have good fans, you wouldn't need this]

Unless you truly want liquid cooling and know how to overclock, it isn't needed with the 660K. I would go with air cooling

The price is 1500 but now I have switched to ENERMAX ETS-T40F-BK CPU Cooler w/ Black ENERMAX Twister PWM fans (All Venom OC Certified) [-51] which makes the price 1477 now, I want to just get the foam because 1) it's only $29 and 2) My current PC is really loud and I just want this one to be quiet. Now about the OC. I want this PC to be fast and I'm not the best with the BIOS and stuff etc. but can I really do 15% or more for free?

Honestly, the BIOS overclocking is just trial and error, and really recommended. If you don't know what you are doing, I would just leave it alone. The base clock is 3.5Ghz which is fast if you are gaming, surfing, or just using the computer normally. Read up on some guides and see whether or not it is good for you.

I don't think you will need it, but that's my recommendation.

Yeah I will probably stay away from the BIOS considering it's not my strength. I'll stay with Overclock because if I'm going all out on this PC I might as well do it.

Not to sound rude, but if you are going out on this PC, you may want to look at a overclocking guide. It will give you more control than software.

But, that's just my recommendation. Either way, it's a great price for it.

If you decide you want to buy it, it will cost around the same, if not cheaper (around 1000-1200) depending on the deals you can fine. You can visit pcpartpicker.com and select the specs that are similar to this.
