How cheap can corsair vengeance get in price?

Hello, i need help finding out how much i should pay for corsair vengeance ram sticks (2X8GB). Its currently on sale on amazon for $121.99. But i want to know if it has ever been lower in price, and should i wait?

Remember, Vengeance is a marketing brand and you pay more for it.
You should be able to buy a 2 x 8gb kit of DDR4 ram for about $70 that will perform equally well.

Virtually all ram vendors are good and have lifetime warranty.

Also, fancy tall heat spreaders are useless and can interfere with some coolers.
Low profile ram is best. For Corsair, that is the LPX line.

You never know.
$121 seems very high for a 16gb kit.
What particular kit are you looking at?

It turns out that there is very little benefit from faster ram with either haswell or skylake.
