Hi,
Please suggest the best combination (only) from the following:

1) Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz + GTX 750 TI with 2 GB RAM + 4GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM.

OR

2) Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz + GTX 750 TI with 2 GB RAM + 2x4GB=8GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM.

OR

3) Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz + GTX 750 TI with 4 GB RAM + 4GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM.

OR

4) Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz + GTX 750 TI with 4 GB RAM + 2x4GB=8GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM.

My guess is 3 rd option, because increasing graphics RAM will result in optimum configuration and moreover I heard somewhere that increasing system RAM after adding graphics card has non-noticeable performance increase.

Please suggest?

Solution
To start with 4GB of system RAM is just not enough for gaming on modern titles, so rule out options 1 and 3.
The GTX 750Ti is a great power efficient GPU but it's not all the powerful, personally I think anything more than a 2GB version is just a waste, you won't see any extra performance by having 4GB. If you were getting a 1050Ti, then I might suggest the 4GB.

Out of all your options, number 2 looks the best to me.

thanks pete for quick reply.

1050 Ti ??? Will not Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz be a bottleneck for it??
I heard in this forum (and google) that 750 Ti is the max... which complements Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz and therefore anything > than 750 Ti needs better processor.

The confusion has arose because PRICE OF [ (GTX 750 TI with 4 GB RAM) MINUS (GTX 750 TI with 2 GB RAM) ] is almost equal to PRICE OF [ 4GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM].

also to note that 2x4GB RAM will run in DUAL CHANNEL MODE.

The 1050 Ti wouldn't be bottlenecked too much by the g3320, and even if it is slightly, it wouldn't be much of a problem. I only mentioned the 1050 Ti as it's newer, if you can get the 750 Ti a lot cheaper then get it.
Yes, by using 2X4GB you will be using the dual channel, which should make it work quicker.

I hope u mean g3220 not g3320. Considering new entrant 1050 ti the original question (after checking current prices) turns to:

1) Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz + GTX 1050 TI with 4 GB RAM + 4GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM

OR

2) Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz + GTX 750 TI with 2 GB RAM + 2x4GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM

OR

3) Arrange more cash and opt for Intel g3220 @ 3 ghz + GTX 1050 TI with 4 GB RAM + 2x4GB corsair DDR3 1600 Mhz system RAM for max perfomance.

Plz note: Max resolution of my monitor is 1366x768 i.e. approx 720p resolution is max on which i can play games.

Thanks in advance.

For 1366x768 resolution, a GTX 750Ti 2GB is all you would need, at that resolution there is no point getting the 1050Ti or a 4GB graphics card. As I said earlier, you need more than 4GB of system RAM for modern games (no matter how lower resolution your monitor is), 8GB is the minimum that you want.
So the 750Ti 2GB and 2x4GB RAM would be my suggestion.
