0x0000034 error after deleted all partitions

Problem - I bought a new PC with FreeDOS, but before I installed Windows, I needed to make new partitions, but I also deleted the one that had the smaller amount of MB where was the system, but then I installed and all was fine. Now I needed to format HDD and leave this PC with free dos only, but now when PC starting, this error appears 0x0000034 Picture 1 and partition situation can be seen here: Picture 2

How can I solve this problem?

download lite version and rufus (or any program that support img file) to install it to USB flash.
you also could download the iso file if you prefer.

Which one of these two should I choose for USB install?
1. FD12FULL.zip (full installer USB image)
2. FD12LITE.zip (minimal installer USB image)

And how do I install it to USB flash? There inside are more than one file, I thought there will be only one, like .iso.

Do I need to install only FD12LITE.img hat is inside the .zip file?

Ok and do I need to switch BIOS from uefi to legacy mode?
