A PC to stream games at 720p 30 FPS.

Title says it all. 720p 30 FPS is supposed to be the sweet spot for streaming unless you're partnered, which I'm not. I'll also be playing the games I'm streaming at 1080p, preferably 60 FPS. I plan on using Shadowplay or Raptr to stream due to the lessened performance hit. I already have a PSU and SSD to carry over, so don't bother adding those. I'm not on a SET budget, but I'd like to keep it cheap. Thanks!

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dBCmm8 You can get only 8gb ram, which is enough for most games, but I think it's good to get 16gb as it's not that much more expensive. You can also get a K version CPU if you plan to overclock, and if not you can get a cheaper, lower caliber motherboard.

Thanks for the recommendations, but I have to ask, is the 6GB model needed for this build, or can I get the 3GB model instead for cheaper?

The 6gb is a faster card. Nvidia really should have named them GTX 1060 and GTX 1060ti. The amount of cuda cores is different.

Also make sure you have a proper connection (looking at the upload here, which is usually much lower on most contracts) to actually stream. If playing multiplayer, you have to take the traffic of the game into your calculations.
