I ran a CHKDSK scan, and now I have no idea how to read the results

As the title said, I ran a scan on my external harddrive that I've had for 4.5 years just to check how reliable it still is.
The only problem though is that the numbers and words looks like mumbo jumbo to me as I've never done this type of scan before.
If it's helpful, I've only used it a little bit when backing up and accessing some files during short times. Though I've been that savage in the past and turned it off without doing safe removal, which eventually ended up in a crash in the file system, and after lots of struggling I managed restoring everything. Not sure how this affect the reliability, but it's worth mentioning.

So I'll copy paste the results here, and hopefully you can help me to determine wether they're good or bad and what actions to take:

Chkdsk was executed in read/write mode.

Hi there steffeeh,

I would totally agree with jaytechgaming. You need to use a tool that can provide a SMART report. After that, you can upload the screenshot of it to an image hosting website and post the link over here.

If you see any caution or warning sign, you need to back up the data stored on it ASAP.

Keep in mind that you should always have a back up of your important data, even if the drive is a brand new one.
