I am looking to upgrade from my existing GTX 760. I was considering the RX 480 and the GTX 1060 but I honestly cant decide on which is the best deal. Also maybe there is better deals for a GPU under 300 but any advice you guys can give helps! Thanks in advance.

Under $300 not really. GTX 1060 6GB is going to get you good performance in pretty much all contemporary games. RX480 8GB is a little cheaper and does have some advantages in a few titles out now, and should have more in the future.

If you stretch a little, you can get a GTX1070 for below $350. I think Jet.com had one for $329 today, probably gone though.

Although its cheap, wouldn't the 1060 3GB for $221 be a decent deal? Wouldn't it be a significant increase from my GTX 760? Just wondering thanks

The 3GB version doesn't just have less memory it is a cut down GPU compared to the 1060.

GTX1050 5/6
GTX1050Ti 6/6
GTX1060 3GB 9/10
GTX1060 6GB 10/10
GTX1070 15/20
GTX1080 20/20

Either would be a big boost, but that 6GB of VRAM may come in handy in future titles.
